So, this an aristocrats combo deck that heavily relies on the commander, Colfenor, the Last Yew . The combo goes like this: You have out Colfenor, something akin to Gaea's Anthem , a sac outlet like Phyrexian Altar , a payoff card like Bastion of Remembrance , and two X spells in your hand. Play the first one, possibly Stonecoil Serpent , for any amount of mana, then sacrifice it. Play the other X spell (Maybe Endless One ) where X is equal to 0. Normally, it would immediately die, but the Gaea's Anthem keeps it alive. Now sac it to the Altar. As the death happens, Colfenor, the Last Yew lets us get the Stonecoil Serpent back from the graveyard and onto the battlefield, because Endless One died with a toughness of 1, and Stonecoil Serpent has a toughness of zero when it is in the graveyard. So, Stonecoil Serpent comes back, and Endless One is in the graveyard. Because Endless One died, our Bastion of Remembrance lets us make a soldier. Now we can sac Stonecoil Serpent to retrieve Endless One , and now we can effectively do this as many times as we choose, making soldier tokens all the while. You have gone infinite.
