Funny deck concept I had where nothing is really reliable. Almost every card (including the commanders) has a random or coin flipping effect. In theory it should play out as just an extra layer of chaos into a commander game where other players might benefit from your effects but those same effects could hurt them. Sort of like the opposite of a group hug deck. Everyone is equally likely to be screwed over as they are to be helped out.
