This deck is built around Orvar, the All-Form which can create clones of permanents when you target them with instants or sorceries. I decided to go with a merfolk wizard subtheme to make it a bit more unique. The goal is to target creatures like Lord of Atlantis and Master of the Pearl Trident with spells like Glamerdye and Cerulean Wisps to create an army of Merfolk Lords that all buff each other up, and swing in for the win!

Here I will list a couple of my favorite cards:

Isochron Scepter : Allows us to repeatedly clone a permanent each turn, makes our strategy consistent. You can also clone this, but make sure you have another spell to Imprint on it in your hand.

Sea-Dasher Octopus : If you mutate onto a merfolk and then clone it, the cloned merfolk will still be mutated.

Timestream Navigator : If you make a clone or two and somehow get to the next turn cycle, you can get as many extra turns as you have cloning effects. This goes infinite if you have an Isochron Scepter and at least 6 mana available.

Whim of Volrath : Repeatable source of cloning.
