This is my french duel EDH deck. Pretty sure it's not top tier competitive, but it should destroy any casual deck one-on-one and beat any competitive edh decks one-on-one. It would obviously be stronger against EDH decks with the additions of vamp tutor, sol ring, mana crypt, etc.

The goal of the deck is to draw, filter, tutor your way to a show and tell + omniscience, or show and tell + dream halls, or dream halls + omniscience. From there, winning is a piece of cake. I've never fizzled with omniscience out. Ad Nauseum will draw you plenty of gas by itself, even if the cards you hit are dig through time, treasure cruise and some other expensive spell. You may be at 5 life or less, but you'll be fine. Rush of knowledge reads "draw ten cards" with omni in play. petals of insight is an auto-win as you cycle through your deck several times before landing on tendrils. Cryptic + Mnemonic wall or archaeomancer or possessed skaab(haven't added it yet) will win with either circu or tendrils.

The deck can struggle against disruption, but with free counter magic of it's own it'll eventually go off and the decks with disruption usually won't beat down as well. It can also struggle against beat down, but without being disrupted it will go off quickly. T3 is the realistic goldfish while T5 should be the goal.

The deck could still use a cruel tutor, imperial seal (super $$$), grim tutor, mana drain (legal in duel???) and underground sea.

Also, snapcaster mage is not good in the deck. It would likely replace a 1 or 2 mana cantrip. Early game, that wouldn't make a difference, and with omni out and no mana up, snap doesn't do anything.
