Chulane has so much value and combining that with a mutation mechanic just seemed to make sense. This is a pretty casual plays itself kind of deck based on mutation with +1/+1 counters and landfall sub-themes; no combos, no going off. It's just good at what it does: cast creatures, draw cards, play lands and find answers. Simple finishers (Overwhelming Stampede, Simic Ascendancy, Herald of Secret Streams) give this value engine a really consistent but different feel each time while bigger impact creatures and enchantments power up an army of mutated monsters.

I hadn't seen anyone else doing Chulane mutations so I figured I'd give a shot, especially with the ability to bounce all the creatures back to your hand to do it again!
