Help Chisei count his counters to the detriment of the rest of the table.

Take infinite extra turns by repeatedly removing counters from The Mirari Conjecture once it reaches its second effect. This will result in you being able to recur a sorcery of your choice from your graveyard indefinitely. Fun for everyone.

Assuming you have the right board state you can also achieve infinite turns through some combination of Magistrate's Scepter and counter adding/proliferation effects. For example, if you manage to start your turn off with a Magistrate's Scepter, Power Conduit , Thrummingbird , and 4 mana open on the board with a Clockspinning in hand, congratulations. You win.

If that seems like too much work there's always poking your friends with evasive infect creatures like Blighted Agent or Viral Drake and then spamming proliferate until there's nothing left to count.

Your last big wincon is generating infinite mana with Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter and then drawing your deck with either Blue Sun's Zenith or Stroke of Genius for a winning Thassa's Oracle . If you can't get the her for whatever reason, you can always just make your opponents deck themselves one at a time.

Take advantage of permanents that you're not supposed to be able to keep around like Musician , Mystic Remora , and Decree of Silence by keeping them around anyway. Manipulate your counters on cards like As Foretold , Chalice of the Void , Chronozoa , Engineered Explosives , Lux Cannon , Titan Forge , and Quicksilver Fountain to achieve the most value.

And don't you forget about little old lady Lage .
