Strategy

This is basically a Pestilence deck converted to an EDH format. Use creatures with protection from black or indestructibility to keep doing damage with Pestilence and other cards like it. Cards like Pariah, Pariah's Shield, Sphere of Grace and Urza's Armor will keep you alive while you're doing damage to everything.

Notes and Combos

After some research, I was able to confirm that Snow-Covered Plains will work with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to create the appropriate snow-covered mana for Withering Wisps. This works because Urborg adds the Swamp typing to all lands, meaning Snow-Covered Plains would be considered a Snow-Covered Plains Swamp and all Withering Wisps cares about is if the land is snow-covered and a Swamp. It doesn't care about anything extra.

High Priest of Penance + Indestructibility + Pestilence can wipe out practically everything on the opponent's side of the board.

Guilty Conscience + Stuffy Doll will create an infinite damage loop to an opponent.
