The main idea here is to have a bunch of cards which force opponents to make choices. There are a lot of cards that technically fit that description. Like any creature you attack with causes your opponent to choose to block or not and how much to block with. This however is meant to be filled with more obvious choices. Things like the tempt cycle Tempt with Vengeance and others like Rhystic Study. Child of Alara was chosen as the commander so that I could dip into all colors and to clean up if my opponents manage to get too much advantage by making good choices. This is highly unlikely though as none of the choices are good choices and they will just keep piling on.
