The name is in reference to The Charge of the Light Brigade, a military action in the Balaclava and also a poem by Alfred, Lord Tennyson.

Arthur is one powerful mouse, letting us cheat creatures into play from our decks. I was torn between going Knight typal or Blink, but settled on Blink in the end.

The name of the game is to use and abuse blink effects, using Arthur to let them ETB from the deck alongside what ones we cast. Conjurer's Closet, Elesh Norn, Panharmonicon, and Teleportation Circle let us double up on etb triggers and re-trigger them on the end step. To abuse Arthur better, Sensei's Divining Top lets us set up the top deck to set up our plays and using Scroll Rack to return cards to the top of the deck to pull them out by Arthur again. We win by smashing face with a field buffed by Moonshaker Cavalry, burning people out with Impact Tremors, Witty Roastmaster, or Warleader's Call, milling them out with Altar of the Brood, or going into one of our couple infinite combos.

Our infinite combos are: Kiki-Jiki + Zealous Conscripts, which lets us make infinite hasty copies of Conscripts by using its ability to target Kiki to run over our opponents. Replace Conscripts with Restoration Angel or Felidar Guardian to do the same, except by blinking Kiki instead.

Speaking of Restoration Angel and Felidar Guardian, by having one out and casting the other and repeatedly targeting the other we can infinitely ETB, burning or milling our opponents to death.
