The deck is basically Lords + Changelings Tribal, with a lot of cute nonsense you can jerry-rig together to do weird things.. like:

• Going infinite with Wolf Allies
• Using Champion as a win-con
• Having 5 "Demons" to help Liliana clear her pact
• Stealing your opponents' Lands with a tribe of "Elves"
• Releasing the.. "Krakens"(?)
• Make use of the best card in all of Homelands, the infamous Didgeridoo..
• ...and much much more!
• Or maybe even live the dream of a kicked Rite of Replication on Reaper King destroying TWENTY-FIVE Permanents! Ohh boy.. Even included the Tribal Lands because why the hell not, this'd probably be the only place I could really ever use them anyway, haha!

Edit; 08/07/22 changes/considerations:

My final considerations for inclusion are:

• The First Sliver (cascade = fun/value. probably won't whiff... right?)
• Chromatic Orrery (lotta ramp, card draw. too late/heavy?)
• Stinging Study (card draw go brrrrr. too much of a good thing?)
• Endless Evil (is evil, but endless. stonks.)
• (honorable mentions: Glimpse the Cosmos, Lignify, Padeem, Consul of Innovation.)

Tempted to cut:

• Amoeboid Changeling (doesn't really do much, aside from protecting against really fringe flavor type-based removal)
• Tuktuk Scrapper (already have Reaper King pops and Masked Vandal to get rid of artifacts, do I really need a potentially repeatable artifact removal?)
• Universal Automaton (1-cmc removal w/ reaper king up, but that's really all it does aside from benefit from Lords.)
• Unesh, Criosphinx Sovereign (6cmc card advantage, too late? also discounts shapeshifter casting costs, cute when combined w/ Morophon, the Boundless.)
• Khorvath Brightflame+Sylvia Brightspear (though good w/ dragon sub-theme and go-wide strats.)
• Krenko, Mob Boss (goes wide. w/ maskwood, goes wide-boom w/ reaperking.)
• Bounty of Skemfar (3cmc ramp most of the time, with a chance to probably draw a shapeshifter or Gilt-Leaf Archdruid.)
• Knowledge Exploitation (will probably keep. but it's cute, and could whiff.. useful if you have knowledge to exploit.. ;P also, the use your opponent's own Armageddon to win when you have Timber Protector + Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth out dream scenario.)

Changes:

• Unclaimed Territory => Secluded Courtyard (strictly better.)
• Reflections of Littjara => Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm (added a dragon sub-theme. it may synergize worse by itself w/ reaper king, but it applies way more pressure rather than being purely setup.)
• Shapesharer => Tiamat (tutoring 5 cards go brrrrr. skies the limit; tutor champion win-con, tutor morophon, tutor all the dragons, Crib Swap for removal), or any creature w/ a Maskwood Nexus effect out.)
• Myr Galvanizer => Magda, Brazen Outlaw (myr was good to double mana dorks if the synergies were out, but was more of a win-more that could be a dud most of the time.. Magda on the other hand, is pure insane; I mean, it ramps, banks mana, AND tutors Maskwood Nexus.. or Tiamat. or whatever.)
• Duals => New Capenna Triomes (because I sold all my duals cuz I make bad life choices.)
• Elephant Graveyard => Swarmyard (cuz squirrels. also, cuz I make bad life choices.)
• Forest+Island x1 => more room for Triomes (cuz I'm allergic to Basics.)

PS. Speaking of cute stuff, just in case you didn't know, you can Birthing Pod Reaper King into Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. ;P

PSS. Timber Protector + Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth makes your Lands Land Destruction-proof.. :O (Did somebody say asymmetric Armageddon time? cough, getting carried away here..)

We got a lot of new toys that up the utility/flexibility of the deck since I took a break, so these changes will be fun!

past deliberations:

• Keep Elephant Graveyard, or add in Temple of the Dragon Queen? Any other Land I could replace for it? Reflecting Pool maybe? It doesn't really fix Mana, but it does make it easier to cast different double-pip cards (especially useful for off-color ones, like Krenko, Mob Boss.)
• Stinging Study, wtf IS this card?? 5mana draw 10 take 10? Do I run this? Is that too much draw and too much damage?

Changes:

• The World Tree is a 1-card win-con w/ the Champion trio, and it also straight up puts all of the Changelings in the deck into play..
• Cut Adaptive Automaton for Maskwood Nexus (this is an all-star for this deck, probably the best card; definitely takes the pressure off of Arcane Adaptation for Creature Type hijinks.
• Masked Vandal replaces Metallic Mimic
• Realmwalker is INSANE value, and replaces Chameleon Colossus
• Bounty of Skemfar seems interesting, basically ramp+draw/filtering in one (and it can find 2 combo Elves or any Changeling.) I think I'm cutting Cultivate for this.. (too much Ramp anyway, and low on Basics.) Plus it'll be funny if it whiffs. :P
• Kindred Summons is mostly win-more and high CMC, so I'm putting in Reflections of Littjara instead.. Such a spicy card.
• Ally Encampment and Haven of the Spirit Dragon are cool, but I already have Lands with similar, and repeatable, effects.
• Had some [Green] Duals laying around, so I swapped them in for their respective Shocks for the hell of it..
• Is 36 too many Lands for current year, or just right? Maybe add some MDFCs?
