Ultimately I want to use Chainer to steal creatures from my opponent’s graveyards. I’d like to be able to flicker him to just straight up exile everything I’ve stolen, but that’s not really an option. I’ve tried to include methods for producing a ton of mana and gaining a ton of life so that I can use him as much as I’d like. I also have a few options like Blood Artist + Phyrexian Altar + Sengir Autocrat to act as a win condition. Any other recommendations would be awesome, though.
