Maybeboard

I started this deck out after deciding I wanted to slam down Kroxa every single turn without escaping it. Wound up becoming a Rakdos control built entirely around ETB and LTB effects, and cheating absolutely any and everything in utilizing Sneak Attack and Vedalken Orrery.

With Chainer's ability, the graveyard becomes a second hand for creatures. Wheels become beneficial as you can still cast whichever creatures you need, get discard payoffs, and gain more cards in hand to discard.

Conspiracy Theorist and Containment Construct allow you to Exile and cast cards you discard, each giving you 1 card to Exile and play per instance of discarding 1 or more cards. With enough available mana you can chain wheels and cast the best 2 cards per discarded hand.

The point of this deck is to ping your opponents down. We've got ETB, Dies, enter and exit graveyard, sacrificing, and discarding triggers to ping with. We're generating a continual stream of tokens with the right cards in play, so we can get continual value from pinging triggers. Playing heavy discard between creatures ETB and deals damage to a player triggers. And while the wheels are counterintuitive to opponents with empty hands, you just simply need to refrain from casting it and rely on other sources of card draw to keep your hand full. Early wheels are a fantastic way to disrupt opponents' game plans, and throw away any hand that isn't doing you anymore favors.

Cavalier of Night + Doomed Necromancer + Tormod, the Desecrator will infinitely combo with Phyrexian Altar and Chainer, Nightmare Adept to reanimate each other when you sac out Cavalier of Night with Phyrexian Altar for a black mana. Tormod, the Desecrator seeing these cards leave the yard will create a zombie token to sac out for Cavalier's etb effect. With Chainer on the field the Doomed Necromancer gets haste to use his ability right away. Add any number of available ping effects for ETB, Dies, leaves graveyard, and sacrifice triggers to end a game. Without triggers available you can still clean out the entire board this way to swing in for big damage.

I keep Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Phyrexian Delver + Zealous Conscripts in the side board for higher power games to chuck a wincon into my graveyard with Buried Alive.
