It's a rakdos deck that uses Grenzo kinda unique ability to overwhelm the board with undercosted value creatures, most of the gestion comes from creas ETB. There is also scry synergy to filter the bottom of the deck. There is several infinite combos, mostly through Cauldron of Eternity, or any card that can repeatedly put stuff on btm to make an infinite loop
