Maybeboard

OVER VIEW: Having played Food Chain for a few years, I found that the main issue I would run into is people removing or countering foodchain. This list is designed to minimize the chances of food chain hitting the yard or exile in the first place, by running counter protection, and then running some recursion in case it does. In the case that you run out of ways to get food chain back though, the list runs Murderous Redcap and Melira, Sylvok Outcast as a backup combo. A lot of people are aware of the FC combo, so having this alt wincon can really show up out of left field for the surprise win. This is a more controlling build, sacrificing speed for removal and combo protection.

Main Combo: The main card you're looking for is Food Chain . In addition to Food Chain , you'll need one of the following cards: For Blood Artist , Mayhem Devil , Purphoros, God of the Forge , Zulaport Cutthroat , and Impact Tremors , just get the card out with Food Chain , and cast Prossh, Skyraider of Kher . Exile Prossh, Skyraider of Kher and 1 card:Kobold Token, with Food Chain to get enough mana to recast Prossh, Skyraider of Kher . Rinse and repeat until everyone else is dead. For Goblin Bombardment do the same, but rather than having passive abilities pinging everyone, you'll have to build up an army of Kobold Tokens until you have enough to sacrifice them to Goblin Bombardment , pinging everyone to death. Goblin Bushwhacker and Reckless Bushwhacker use the same strat. Get your army of Kobold Tokens, and then cast either Goblin Bushwhacker or Reckless Bushwhacker , and swing in for lethal. Niether Genesis Hydra or God-Eternal Bontu will win it for you on their own, but after you have your Kobold Army, you can use either to find your wincon. for Genesis Hydra , Exile Kobold Tokens with Food Chain until you have enough mana to cast Genesis Hydra for x = the size of your library, grab a wincon, and go off as usual. With God-Eternal Bontu Cast him, and then sacrifice enough Kobold Tokens to draw your full library. cast a win con, GG.

Backup Combo: If the main combo isn't going to work out, here's your game plan. Like the main combo, you'll need one specific card, and then you have some options for the others. You'll need Murderous Redcap . Next you'll need either Melira, Sylvok Outcast or Rhythm of the Wild . And lastly, you'll need either Viscera Seer , Goblin Bombardment , or you'll just need the man himself, Prossh, Skyraider of Kher . Sacrifice Murderous Redcap to whatever sac outlet you grabbed. With Melira, Sylvok Outcast , you can just do this over and over until everyone's dead, or, if you have Rhythm of the Wild , just give Murderous Redcap +1/+1 for its riot trigger, and do the same.
