A competitive deck that wins by exiling all opponents' libraries with Oona once infinite mana is created. The two ways to make infinite mana in the deck are Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal and Buried Alive + Shallow Grave, where the creatures buried are Pili-Pala, Palladium Myr, and Necrotic Ooze. This deck is not tier one in cEDH but it can control other decks fairly well before comboing off.

Strengths: Runs the best counter spells, runs the best tutors, combos are easy to assemble, can control fast combo deck fairly consistently, does not fold to Blood Moon.

Weaknesses: doesn't have the fastest combos (turn 5 on average), struggles to remove stax pieces, overly reliant on arena effects for card advantage.
