I don't have Timetwister, but you should play with it if you do.

The main goal is assemble Ad Nauseam + Angel's Grace, although Necropotence is the reason to play with Zur.

You can adjust certain pieces according your meta, like more counterspells, bounce spells (anti-stax), etc.

Of course you probably will find different lists than mine, I'm not the master with Zur. I just play a lot with it and love the deck.
