I had opened a New Capenna set booster box, and in it I got both Cecily, Haunted Mage and Threefold Signal, and thought, why not? It seems like it'd be pretty good, at least. I added Othelm, Sigardian Outcast just to get it to be a 5 color deck. The first draft of this deck was bloated with nothing but tri-color cards, and that's not a great idea, so instead, I"m gonna load it down with as many ramp and draw spells which is a better, but probably not quite as good as it could be, idea.
