This deck is built around the idea of using connive cards from New Capenna in order to get triggers from cards like Archfiend of Ifnir or Drake Haven.

The main gameplan of the deck is to control the early game with counterspells and removal, gradually putting tokens onto the board using Drake Haven and Wharf Infiltrator. Later in the game, the plan is to get Raffine, Scheming Seer and Archfiend of Ifnir on the battlefield at the same time, and begin swinging in with the tokens from enchantments. Raffine's trigger will help discard a lot of cards, and with triggers from Archfiend of Ifnir, hopefully most of the opponent's creatures will be wiped.

I'm not very experienced in building decks, so I'm looking for any suggestions at all. The only thing is that I'd like to keep the deck fairly low in price, since I'm planning on physically building this deck and my budget is not very high.
