This card and all of the decks it spawns are gonna be a blast to see in action. Good luck with your build!

To add to the pirate theme, the red/blue synergy of stealing things for a turn and then blinking them to make them permanently yours should slide into this deck nicely.

@VietMoneys What blue-only card can do that, besides Ghostly Flicker?

Nephalia Smuggler and Deadeye Navigator that I can think of. You could probably find more on Gatherer but I suck at using it.

@VietMoneys I'll check that, but I rather use instants instead of creatures if I go this way. :)

So excited for the Admiral in EDH! Your build is looking good. I just started to throw cards together for a plundering crew of my own. I will surely be plundering your deck for a few treasures. +1 from me! Happy Pillaging! (Have you thought of running Curse of Opulence? It'd such a huge flavor win to be sitting there with a pile of gold)

Add Desolate Lighthouse for flavor?

I definitely think God Pharoah is strictly better than OG Bolas Walker, he's easier to cast, because he doesn't have double colored mana issues, and he is much more impactful

@maxon Curse of Opulence sounds greeat! But I don't know if it could make the cut, I'm working my brains out for the updated decklist.

@BackalleyBard It would be flavourful indeed, but I don't really love the "looting" mechanic (draw then discard); plus, colorless lands are quite harmful for three-colors decks~

@rand_al_thor Yeah God-Pharaoh is soooo much better. But it is crazy-expensive right now where I live. And I'm thinking about leaving the grixis-bolas-cruelty subtheme and sail the full-pirate theme. Right now I invested on Bribery~ :D

@BackalleyBard I rather use "just draw without consequences" cards like Treasure Trove and Coastal Piracy. :)

@rochdalekilla9 Interesting, but expensive and not-a-pirate... I will have a hard time opening up space to use the Ixalan pirates here, so I rather not go out of theme too much. :)
