Act as if you're a loan shark, give cards but kneecap people when they go too crazy with them. Eventually profit off of their investments enough that you swing out for an alpha strike. RAHHHHH GOD BLESS AMERICA

In seriousness, this deck has my highest winrate by far. It's fun to play.

Spend turns 1-5 setting up, Council isn't kill on sight but they are close to it. Ramp 1-3, play key pieces 4-5. The deck generally tries to function without the council and runs politics and control.

My rule of thumb with any deck is make it fun to play against while still winning. This deck runs counters, but they aren't used for much outside of protecting council. THe deck wants other decks to do their things and I love playing it.
