Main Goals of the Deck

• Limit the table's options by controlling their hands through discard effects and dropping other cards that supplement the discard suite.Combos such as Dark Deal + Waste Not , Cao Cao, Lord of Wei + Quest for the Nihil Stone , or any discard effect and Bloodchief Ascention or Liliana's Caress help or are flat out win conditions in the right situations.

• Maintain control of the board state with boardwipes such as Black Sun's Zenith, Decree of Pain, and Toxic Deluge. As well as other cards that limit the table's options like Painful Quandary, No Mercy, and constant grind effects like Gibbering Descent.

• Reanimator cards are everywhere to take what has been discarded or killed with many creature removal options for myself.

• Ramp up mana quickly with cards like Cabal Coffers + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth , Black Market, and Crypt Ghast to drop big creatures that have synergy with reanimation like Sheoldred, Whispering One, Geth, Lord of the Vault, or Kokusho, the Evening Star who benefits greatly from dying over and over.

• Use immense mana stores to pump X effects such as Exsanguinate, Consume Spirit, and Drain Life to ridiculous levels to threaten game or at least put a giant gap between life totals.
