This is a Blue/Green Merfolk deck that is built around using creatures that can't be blocked like River Sneak and Mist-Cloaked Heraldfor early game aggro while placing +1/+1 counters on other merfolks so that Herald of Secret Streams can help with the finishing blow. Since the deck is also blue it wouldn't be MTG if it didn't have the board control cards like Essence Scatter and Rescue to keep my cards available and my opponents cards off the board.

I'm going to take this to a tournament on Tuesday so please recommend cards that I should either be main decking or have on my side board, please however try and keep to recommending cards that will not be rotating out of play soon.
