This deck is built to be quite strong but not in the sphere of cEDH. I purposely left out obvious infinite combos. It is still possible to generate infinite mana in the deck (Pir + Doubling Season + Gemstone Array is one example) but I didn't want to include any not synergistic combos.

If you like playing with counters and drawing cards then this will be an especially pleasing deck. The main objective of the deck is to assemble an engine that churns out counters onto your permanents and out values your opponents. Frequent win cons are as follows:

1. Infinite turns
2. Voltron damage by making Toothy or Pir unblockable.
3. Simic Ascendancy or Darksteel Reactor (Simic Ascendancy is very easy to break in this build)
4. Massive mana and Walking Ballista

This deck looks to break your Chessex budget. Fair warning.
