BW Control [Modern Competitive]

Modern Competitive Control WB (Orzhov)

Just check last update.

WIP, best viewed in Custom. It should curve out well with tempo, am still trying to figure out wincons. There's just SO MUCH good removal in these colors, I figured a long-game oriented deck would be cool. Obzedat, Ghost Council fits with the stabilization mechanics of it (life gain), but I'm not sure how affective it actually will be.

[EDIT]: playtesting shows some effectiveness in modern meta. I am still struggling to find a closer, however. Yawgmoth, Thran Physician seems like an option, but is absolutely not a win-con. Ashen Rider is interesting but not a bomb. I've also considered Griselbrand but that and Ashen Rider are high cmc that don't win me the game. I'm keeping Obzedat, Ghost Council because it has a long board presence and helps me T5 stabilize. Any better suggestions much appreciated.

I've been experimenting with Force of Despair , and found it to be a valuable sideboard card against Humans--though that seems to dipped out of the meta a little bit. The board is pretty easy to break down-- Rest in Peace and Surgical Extraction for GY hate (SE can also be utilized against control deck and Urza decks). Appetite for Brains and Despark for control/tron. I took out Sorin, Lord of Innistrad from the board because he just provides board presence for 4 mana, which is not what I'm looking for. The Elderspell is for superfriends, or whatever they are calling the 5c that's going around. Hero's Downfall doubles as extra removal for creatures and walker removal. Putting 2 Kambal, Consul of Allocation in really fits with the stabilizing flavor of the deck and adds a lot of pressure to control decks, as well as storm (which is apparently making a resurgence).

[EDIT]: I moved Liliana, the Last Hope to the sideboard. Great for control against aggro decks, but honestly doesn't do much else with this set up.

As usual, all thoughts and suggestions GREATLY appreciated.

EDIT: Ghost Daddy has been benched for now.

UPDATE: I'm fairly sure none of the above is relevant anymore.

Updates Add

It looks different because it is different. It can freeze opponents out with Gideon of the Trials and bash them over the head with Gideon, Ally of Zendikar. 3x Liliana of the Veil goes a long way and can lock down opponents hands along with the other hand hate. 3x Dark Confidant go a long way. I found they wen't a farther way than Street Wraith. Charming Prince is a perfect addition, as it gives stabilization or scry which can sift or find something for Bob to hit/avoid hitting.

Sideboard is self explanatory aside from Liliana, the Last Hope, which I would recommend be boarded in with Tidehollow Sculler. Am strongly considering Specter's Shriek to board in a playset of when playing Jund, Rock, or anything else with Black.
