A mutate deck with the new Commander from Commander 2020 Otrimi, the Ever-Playful.

Since there are only 20 mutate creatures I decided to play them all. The goal of the Deck is to play a great mutate target in the first turns and then continue to mutate all creatures onto that mutate target.

Mutate targets are creatures like Slippery Bogle and Thrun, the Last Troll.
