Mardu Midrange I just made up.. Additions/Changes made weekly if not more but i have a pretty solid main board at this point. The main strategy of the deck is pretty simple: Use Secure the Wastes , Goblin Rabblemaster, Elspeth, Sun's Champion to produce a nice board of tokens, as soon as turn 4, play Butcher of the Horde and sac tokens to give it haste, lifelink, and/or vigilance (i find the haste and lifelink most useful but vigilance helps a lot too). In the mean time, use burn spells and removal to clear the board of any potential blockers. Also, properly baiting someone into a Titan's Strength/Deflecting Palm combo after you intentionally leave your side of the board empty after a board wipe is amazing, potentially game winning!
