Two Commanders, Two Themes, Tons of ways to have fun!
This is an EDH deck focused solely on two things over ALL ELSE - Copying spells & Burning out your opponents! Each card is curated with both of the commanders (ideally) in mind so they will either pile on to smasher damage or get doubled up by krark. Tons of fun synergies, wild finishers, and splashy plays to be had in everyones favorite color combo, Rakdos!

Now the hardest thing about making a rakdos deck is getting a hold on ramp.
Outside of cards like sol ring and the like we lean on cards such as Tavern Scoundrel, & even Jaya Ballard. What with Krark offering a sweet double up ability we also try and squeeze value out of ritual cards in Dark Ritual, Jeska's Will, Seething Song, and especially Mana Geyser. The double up on these could allow us to dump out our hand with a Tendrils of Agony on top or cast a huge game ending X spell like Exsanguinate or Jaya's Immolating Inferno.

Copying spells with krark is ideal, but the 50/50 is tough to build a consistent deck around. We run cards like Double Vision, Twinning Staff, or Reverberate (and gang) to offset the randomness a bit. We can double up on mana ramp spells, cause crazy damage, or copy our opponents biggest spells and get rewarded for doing so! Tons of cards benefit off of inst/sorc casting but ideally they BURN our opponents! ie: Professor Onyx

Speaking of burn thats where Vial Smasher the Fierce comes in. His incedental damage adds up FAST especially when we start casting our top end spells like Explosion of Riches!! If you want to crank the heat up a notch cast cards like Torbran, Thane of Red Fell or Guttersnipe! If you take a look at the list, you can see just how much burn is packed into the 99. Live fast burn bright, amirite?
