This is basically a Mill deck. Most new players like the idea of milling, it is a fun strategy. It being fun doesn't always mean its the most viable strategy, you are working to get rid of 60 cards while your opponent only needs to go against 20 life. I mean this a Budget Deck for new players to be able to afford the deck. If i wanted to make it a competitive deck i would probable add Desecration Demon, Lifebane Zombiefor the sideboard, Thoughtseize, Mutavault and Hero's Downfall.
