This is my first ever attempt at building a commander deck, so please go easy on me. I used only cards I already owned (mostly from Zendikar Rising) and slapped this together with a friend's guidance in about 1-2 hours. The hope is to leverage the "party" mechanic from ZNR and hopefully turn this into a fun D&D-style deck that could perform decently in a casual play group--especially after incorporating cards that will hopefully expand the party mechanic in the upcoming D&D MTG block. I realize this deck is completely unoptimized at the moment and at best could probably reach only a 7 or maybe an 8 on the Command Zone podcast EDH power scale. I plan to slowly optimize this deck as a pet-project, ideally starting with some mana-fixing, tutors and better cards that synergize with the "party" mechanic. I just started getting back into MTG after a multi-year hiatus, so I have a long road ahead. Any comments, suggestions or resources would be greatly appreciated!
