Sultai tempo

A budget Sultai tempo deck. The deck wants to slow down your opponents and eventually just swing in to kill them.

Maindeck

Opt, Ingenious Infiltrator, and Archmage's Charm for card advantage. Faerie Seer for card selection. Fatal Push and Maelstrom Pulse for removal. Mana Leak, Drown in the Loch, and Spellstutter Sprite for counterspells. Birds of Paradise for acceleration and fixing. Oona's Prowler for a threat that is also a faerie and encourages your opponent to discard cards. Blink of an Eye, Vapor Snag, and Remand for bounce spells. Inquisition of Kozilek for discard.

Sideboard

Yes, I am aware that there are 2 copies of Choke in the sideboard. And that the deck is blue. However, the deck only runs 2 islands. It's worth it. Languish, Weather the Storm come in against aggro. Cast Down for extra removal. Pithing Needle and Mana Leak to hate on control. Pithing Needle comes in in a lot of places. Nature's Claim for artifacts and enchantments.
