This deck is a control/midrange value based deck that uses Rashmi to draw cards and sometime cast free stuff. Flash is very helpful in this deck because it allows us to use Rashmi's trigger multiple times a turn cycle. This deck is at a budget of around $60 (as I own a Leyline of Anticipation).
