Budget Simic Partner/Cascade Commander Deck

The deck runs decently well with two commander options. You can use the partner pairing of Brinelin, the Moon Kraken + Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood to allow you plenty of value for casting your 6 CMC or higher cards. I have several instants included to duplicate Brinelin's ETB trigger like Brinelin, the Moon Kraken + Planar Incision . With partner commanders available, you will never be hurt to bad with commander tax and will always likely have a well rounded game. The alternative commander choice is Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty which also benefits from casting 6CMC or higher spells by allowing each of them to cascade. I would view this as the slightly more competitive choice, but Imoti is also likely to be an easier target for removal resulting in disappointing returns if you don't protect her with spells like Snake Umbra.

The deck is full of ramp and large spells to help you fully use the strength of Green while not running out of fuel or control using blue.
