The point of the deck is to control enough to get as many cats and dogs on the battlefield as possible and either win by overwhelming with tokens or with Rin and Seri's tap ability.

The strategies I used for this deck:

Ramp:

• There are five artifacts that fix mana or tap for any mana color

• There are other cards that get more mana/lands like Collective Voyage, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, or Tempt with Discovery

Control/Card Advantage:

• Rin and Seri allow you outlast a lot because you can keep gaining life and accumulating tokens that can block.

• Rin and Seri can destroy any creature that's causing too many problems, but Arrest, Suppression Bonds, and Darksteel Mutation take care of the rest.

• Destroy target enchantment/artifact: Rambunctious Mutt, Root Out, Mystic Melting, Nature's Chant, Return to Nature, or Wear/Tear

• You can draw cards for card advantage with things like Keeper of Fables, Harmonize, or Shamanic Revelation

Overwhelm/Populate:

• Rin and Seri allow you to keep accumulating tokens that you can eventually overwhelm your opponents with

• Cards like Second Harvest or Lurking Predators allow you to get out creatures quicker or just double all your tokens

• Cards like Dictate of Heliod, Intangible Virture, Pledge of Unity, Basri's Solidarity, and many other creature cards (King of the Pride, Pack Leader, among many others) give bonuses that make all your tokens/creatures bigger

Win Conditions and other tricks:

• With all of the dog tokens that exist, you can just tap Rin and Seri and do damage to your opponents or take out all their creatures and just swing with your mass of tokens

• With all of the tokens and +x/+x counters, just swing and overwhelm and, again, take out any creatures with Rin and Seri's tap ability

• If you have gained more than forty life (incredibly easy just one tap Rin and Seri), you can auto-win with Felidar Sovereign

• If you gained more than fifty life or even more with Rin and Seri or otherwise (this depends on how many people you're playing with), you can take someone out in one turn with Aetherflux Reservoir

• This is a trick that is not a win condition, but it is cheeky: for all of the changelings in the deck, declare them as dog cats (just like Rin and Seri) and both a 1/1 green cat and 1/1 white dog will appear

I would greatly appreciate anyone letting me know how I can improve this, as this is the first deck I have built on a website like this. I have made other decks in person but I am relatively new to custom deckbuilding.
