Mono white control aimed at hurting the top meta decks. Archon of Emeria puts a good stop to the Valki, God of Lies   combo deck as well and hurts decks like Burn, Blitz, and Drannith Magistrate also stops the combo deck and stops Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath from escaping. The remainder of the deck is some removal, some card draw, and some threats to finish the game.

...AND NEVERMIND ITS ALL BANNED. The deck still could be pretty good but the decks it was specifically made to screw over are gone so, yeah.
