Control but with a Delver and it's Cheap. (below 50)

The Plan is to Beat down your Opponent with Delver of Secrets  , Curious Homunculus   and Faerie Conclave while controlling their Threats with Counterspells, Vapor Snag and Dismember.

I'm looking for suggestions on what to run instead of the Temporary replacements for Thing in the Ice   and Serum Visions as well as general Ideas to Improve this Deck success at "Modern Nights Magic". I am also unsure about my Land-Spell balance in this Current Version and I might have to look into that.

I would want Thing in the Ice   to replace Tempest Djinn and Spire Golem, as well as Serum Visions to replace Gitaxian Probe, I do however not have those nor do I want to buy them Right now. Additionally, Gitaxian Probe is pretty good if you don't know your LGS's Meta too well. I run the 2 Censor instead of another 2 Mana Leak as it can Cycle itself to more easily transform Curious Homunculus  . I chose not to Tech into Cards that get Rid of Planeswalkers as I plan to usually have sufficient creatures on the Board to kill them with or just Counter them before they resolve, which has been working out so far.

The sideboard is just some mixed Hate for the Stuff I've been running into.
