Here's my first step into the format of modern. I'm looking into a budget deck to get me into the format.

I'm trying to decide between running a playset of Blistercoil Weird or 3 Runaway Steam-Kin and an additional Bedlam Reveler. My thinking is that what makes Runaway Steam-Kin really broken in Manamorphose, and since I'm not running those due to budget constraints I'll run the Blistercoil Weird's instead. Any thoughts on those options?

I'm also running Gut Shot's instead of Burst Lightning since, again, I'm not running Manamorphose/Runaway Steam-Kin so I need to be securing the win on turn 3-4 consistently and both Gut Shot and Mutagenic Growth can each get the prowess count high enough to make that happen.

Let me know if you have budget suggestions.
