A budget deck built around spells targeting creatures (of course!). The idea is to stop ennemy creatures before they damage you, and to kill the opponent with a buffed creature. I know this is not an optimized deck, but it had to be done with cards I already own, and I think it gives a good idea of the concept. Lots of various removals, some creatures that help control/gain life, and a few bigger ones to end the game.
