Mono-blue mill deck, Bruvac commander. Mill out your opponent's deck with an assortment of spells, with a special highlight on defender cards. Dream combo is Bruvac the Grandiloquent and Maddening Cacophony.

The deck is unplayed as of yet, I'm considering pulling the defender highlight and replacing it with something else. Unsure what exactly though, advice would be loved. :)
