Commander / EDH* Combo Competitive Infinite Combo Mill Mono-Blue Stax

The Six-Milling Dollar Man

Hey, everyone, and welcome to my Bruvac the Grandiloquent deck! This deck is an attempt at a competitive mill deck. Our gameplan is to Shut down the board with stax pieces that barely effect us (Back to Basics, Dream Tides), and then either slowly mill our opponents to death with incremental milling, or get infinite mana through one of our infinite mana combos, like Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth.

Dimir? Where we're going, we don't need no Dimir

With the release of Jumpstart, not only did the Commander community get some of the best reprints we've ever seen, we got quite possibly the best mill commander ever printed! Bruvac reads "If an opponent would mill (yes, WOTC keyworded mill, hooray), one or more cards, they mill twice that many cards instead." This makes all of our Startled Awakes   and Sphinx's Tutelages twice as powerful. It also combos with Traumatize, milling someone's library in one card!

Previously, the go-to mill commander was Phenax, God of Deception. While still a good commander, Bruvac is superior because you're milling half the amount of cards you would need to in a regular 4-person pod. While losing black hurts, we more then make up for it with our twice as powerful mill cards.

Remember to upvote and comment if you liked the deck, and as always, happy Tapping!
