Not the usual commander for the strategy of copying and stealing permanent, but I believe this can work.

The strategy here is to copy and steal permanent, mainly big creature to attack and crush my opponents. I like Brokkos as a commander for its ability to bypass the commander tax when cast from graveyard with its mutate cost. So, the commander here does not help the strategy, but is mainly here to ensure the recursion of a viable boardstate, casting it again and again, on whichever creature I have or have stolen/copied.

The 99 are gathered mainly around 4 mechanics : copy and graveyard recursion, both helping the many ETB effects in the deck and bringing value, and finally stealing, which is simply a mechanic I love.

Some cards here also serve for blinking my cards with ETB effects.

I'm pretty new to building decks, and magic in general, and I would gladly take any advice on building around the strategy I'm exposing here. If it's viable, a good idea, a terrible idea. I know this deck is not optimal, but I want it to be fun before anything, and not cost multiple hundred of dollars. ;) thanks in advance, I'm having a blast brewing this.
