This is a treasure themed deck that utilizes a four color commander, in this case Breya, Etherium Shaper, to gain access to most of the colors around the treasure theme. Opening up the fourth color slot for white as opposed to Admiral Beckett Brass decks allows us to run cards such as Smothering Tithe and Anointed Procession which are amazing for treasure and token production decks. Breya also happens to be artifact based which synergizes well with our treasure tokens.

Of course there are a few exceptions to the theme, such as cards like Thopter Spy Network and Marionette Master that are simply too good in this deck to not include them. Other cards that fall into this category are color staples, such as Teferi's Protection, our multiple tutor cards, Boros Charm, Rhystic Study, Cyclonic Rift, etc.

DISCLOSURE: While I am not building this deck around a budget, it will remain on theme by including most of the playable treasure based cards within our color identity. Keep in mind that the deck will include both budget and non-optimal cards (in terms of competitiveness) to remain on theme, as well as a mana base that is not exactly budget friendly but provides this deck with a good chance to play smoothly. It is very possible to run a budget land package and still enjoy this deck.

Eventually I may develop a budget version of this deck, but I wanted to start by gathering the most effective (at least in my opinion) cards for the treasure theme ignoring budget restrictions.

This is not a primer as I do not have the time, energy, or knowledge of this website to effectively publish this deck as one.
