Curses sounded like a fun deck theme. So curses!

Helmed by Mathas, the goal is to enchant players with a bunch of things. What happens afterwords? They'll be enchanted! And upset!

It also runs hard on removal. Everything exiles. It might seem counterintuitive because then no bounty-counter 'dies' triggers go off, but go away recursion. Shoo!
