Braids doesn't like having friends very much. She locks the game down by coming down turn 2 consistently which needs to be answered or your opponents will likely die a slow death (although most concede at this point).

Actual wincons are Leyline of the Void and Helm of Obedience combo or winning though commander damage with braids.

If braids was legalized in EDH the meta would have to adapt to her. People would start running more dorks and rocks they dont mind sacrificing. After the meta adapted to braids she would probably stabilize around tier 1.5
