Pretty simple idea. Braids + Eldrazi. Mono blue with only resources to counter activated abilities. Add theft. Haven't play tested this yet but thinking about a few other options Mox Opal, Darksteel Forge, All Is Dust, Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, Karn Liberated, Aladdin's Lamp , Ring of Three Wishes.
