100 Card version of upgraded guild kit.

100 Cards cos' games are meant to be longer and I had hard time cutting all the sweet cards from Ravnican card history. Secondly, deck could function as a casual commander deck if needed with few card switches to make it a singleton.

Also for flavor reasons I didn't want to include cards from WAR with heavy emphasis on the WAR storyline and Bolas. Even if if they could work well with the deck.
