This is my first modern deck. My hope is that the deck will beat most burn or aggro decks. It plays damage-redirecting creatures and spells such as Boros Reckoner , Stuffy Doll , and Arcbond . It plays these along with otherwise symmetrical damage spells like Blasphemous Act , Chain Reaction , Volcanic Fallout to control the board and deal damage while healing with Soulfire Grand Master and Kor Firewalker . Those creatures turn Lightning Bolt into Lightning Helix . Anyway, the deck gives up speed for some control. It also has the ability to sideboard in Disenchant for problem artifacts and enchantments like Chalice of the Void and Leyline of Sanctity (Which we can also sideboard our own copy in). Any suggestions for making this more effective is appreciated.
