I had this built in paper, and the game stopped being "EDH" and turned into "Archenemy". Even without that, the deck was bad. I had ways to win, but I didn't win. I just made everyone suffer! I kid you not, one time a player Vampiric tutor'd for a swamp, that's how bad it was. If you can kill everyone at the same time with a burn spell (yourself included), you deserve the win.
