Dissolve = Spell Shrivel
This is my own brew that is the next step from my current R/U control list, so please let me know what you think. Please +1 if ya liked it.
Lands:
7 fetchs - help thin the deck and pull what i need also while filling up the delve pile.
2 life lands - these are currently being tested because my U/R control list ran 8 but 2 has clearly not done a whole lot. they would be replaced with one scry and one more basic.
8 Basics - fetch targets, and im currently toying with the correct number here because of double casting cost cards
1 Urborg - its urborg, enough said.
9 scry lands - i ran 12 in theros standard for control but im not quit sure thats the correct number for the heavy aggro standard we are in.
Instants:
4 Dig Through Time - best card draw in the format.
4 Dissolve - best counter in the format along with added scry
3 Hero's Downfall - Best multiform removal
3 Lightning Strike - early game threat removal along with burn option

Mindswipe
- counter, win con, fireball. mindswipe is a waiting game when it comes to knowing when the appropriate time to hit heavy is or just straight up counter.
Sorcery's:
2 Anger of the Gods - small aggro board wipe
2 Despise - hand disruption without the shock
2 Thoughtseize - better hand disruption
Planeswalkers:
3 Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver - Nothing is better than stealing your opponents
Sylvan Caryatid
, Siege Rhino, or Courser of Kruphix. and if nothing else you can take out threats from their deck.
2 Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker - he has creature removal, and can deal and instant four
Creatures:
2 Keranos, God of Storms - toying with this number because sometimes one isnt enough and 2 is just too many
3 Stormbreath Dragon - pro white, haste, and the new black board wipe will work pretty well with it.
Sideboard:
this was mainly a meta choice for myself, and obvious options i missed please point out!
