Use every piece at your disposal, and do what you must, politic your opponents into a false sense of security

Primer:

1. Start with a few of the rocks in your hand and a few counter spells. Utilize the rocks to their fullest. You'll want to be about 2 or 3 mana ahead by turn 4 at the latest

2. Play the commander as soon as possible

3. Once you get a draw engine online (Rhystic Study, Phyrexian Arena, etc), your main focus is going to be hunting for the Thassa/Demonic Consultation combo or Lab Man/Tainted Pact

4. Keep the counters rolling as major pieces drop off your opponent's board

5. At this point in the game (turn 6 on) you should have enough draw power to get to one of the listed wincons in step 3. Play them, making sure to keep some control back to stop your opponents from stopping your win
