This is not a competitive level deck, but it is designed to be used for Commander games and more specifically for use with Commander Archenemy, using the full Scheme Deck from Archenemy Nicol Bolas.

The thesis of the deck:

-Majority of the deck is flavor cards, ie. cards that reference Nicol Bolas in the name, card art, or flavor text or are well known to be associated with Bolas in story lore (eg. Forgotten Gods of Amonkhet, Tezzeret Master of the Bridge, Planar Bridge) -Exceptions to the flavor rule are lands, mana rocks, and exactly 10 flavorless cards to be used for pieces that knit together mechanics to make the deck more functional (Inexorable Tide for stacking loyalty onto Bolas walkers to reach ults quicker), cards with strong multi-opponent effects (Cyclonic Rift, Expropriate), and generally powerful quality of life tools (Demonic Tutor, Time Warp) -Modern border frames only. Legendary creatures and planeswalkers must have some form of plot relevant affiliation with Bolas to some degree. This is a limiter to prevent flavorless cards from being strictly easy power (such as Jin-Gitaxias or true duals)
